Quelques années plus tard, quand je suis tombé amoureux du Québec et du monde des cocktails, je me suis souvenu que l’essentiel n’était pas de faire toujours plus sophistiqué, mais de faire simple et authentique. Mieux avec moins.» À l’heure de l’hyper connexion, l’apéro nous permet toujours de passer des moments de qualité où on prend vraiment le temps de s’écouter et de savourer l’instant… avec tous nos sens !

Growing up in the south of France, Max had always heard that the aperitif was a sacred moment; a simple excuse to get together and reconstruct the world around a glass.
A few years later, when he fell in love with Quebec and the world of cocktails, Max remembered that the key was not to do more and more sophisticated, but to do simple and authentic; better with less. In this era of hyper-connectivity, the aperitif still allows us to spend quality moments where we really take the time to listen to each other and savor the moment... with all our senses!
Simplicity is the harmony between the beautiful, the useful and the just, and it is with this philosophy that Max moves forward today as a hospitality professional and designer. Between 2014 and 2021, he was the actor of many projects in the bar world in Quebec, and through these various experiences, he has paid tribute to this French art of living to finally create B U V E T T E.
As a creator, Max’s approach of the cocktail and design are the same: go to the essential without artifice thanks to precise ingredients and with only one preoccupation: the expectations of his interlocutor.
